3. Bookings

Booking Confirmation: Bookings for our experiences are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email.
b. Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept MB WAY and credit card as specified on the Website.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 3 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a full refund. The spend money will be refunded within 5 days.

4. Code of Conduct

Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 9 years old to participate in our children’s games. Participants under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
