2. Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the X-Cube (www.x-cube.pt). By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
3. Bookings
a. Booking Confirmation: Bookings for our experiences are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email.
b. Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept MB WAY and credit card as specified on the Website.
c. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 3 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a full refund. The spend money will be refunded within 5 days.
4. Code of Conduct
a. Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 9 years old to participate in our children’s games. Participants under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
b. Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Website Content: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of X-Corp B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
